What’s the status of my order?

You’ll receive an email when your order is placed and another when it ships. If you created an account during checkout, you can sign in to track your order. For additional questions, feel free to email support@dscopop.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel, email support@dscopop.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we may not be able to make changes once a shipping label is created.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. All shipping fees are nonrefundable once the order has shipped. For international orders, please note that customs fees or taxes may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Does DSCO ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and additional fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. 

What if my package is damaged, lost, or stolen?

If your package arrives damaged, please email your order number and a photo to support@dscopop.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist you with a replacement or credit. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, give it a few extra business days. For added protection, we recommend selecting Route package protection at checkout to cover your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

What payment methods does DSCO accept?

All major credit cards, PayPal, and other options available at checkout.

What’s DSCO’s return policy?

How should I care for DSCO apparel and collectibles?

To keep your DSCO items looking great, follow any care instructions provided with the product. Apparel items usually benefit from gentle washing and air drying. For art prints and collectibles, avoid direct sunlight and moisture.
